Kayo Chang Black is a Taiwanese Canadian writer based in Hong Kong who creates non-fiction narratives about Taiwanese culture and history and the expatriate experience in global settings. As a fiction writer, she focuses on themes of love in our technology-saturated world, the clash of cultures in the global context, and human relationships in our currently politically polarized society.
